We are proud to offer a variety of shipping methods and services using Royal Mail, FedEx and our own delivery vehicles. Services range from, 24/48 hour up to 5- 10 day budget options, dependent on total weight, your location and the option you choose at checkout. Extra charges will be made for deliveries to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and islands and other non mainland UK island destinations. Please message us if you require a bespoke shipping price.

Orders placed before midday, Monday to Friday, will be shipped the same day, except for Bank Holidays, when the order will be shipped the first working day thereafter. As a general, but not conclusive rule, all orders over £500 will leave on a pallet which will be a 48/72 hour delivery timeframe.

Orders are carefully packaged by our own team and shipped from our own premises. There are no third party handlers involved in the packing process thus ensuring items leave here in perfect condition.

If your order has been mis-handled during transit then please sign for the goods as 'damaged' and take a photo of the condition it arrived in. We then have the grounds to make claims to the respective couriers involved with your order.

Delivery charges are £3.75 for 5- 10 day budget mainland UK only. £5.75 for standard 2 - 4 day services, mainland UK only or £7.95 for a 24-48 hour upgraded service, again mainland UK only. VAT is added to the shipping charge if appropriate. Orders over £125 will qualify for free shipping.

Should your order need re-shipping due to there being nobody at your premises then a further delivery charge will need to be made. Therefore please ensure your details are accurate and that the chosen delivery point will be occupied.
