Ownership.....

All goods remain our property until paid for in full. We reserve the right to hold the goods until payment has been cleared.

Delivery Times & Charges.....

Orders will normally be despatched within 2 working days. In the event that we are out of stock we will send the items as soon as possible. Orders will incur a £5.45 + VAT delivery charge and will be sent via a 48 hour courier. You can upgrade to a 24 hour service and you will be charged £6.95 + VAT. The shopping cart will automatically add a delivery charge. Orders over £125 are free of shipping charges. Orders to be shipped outside of the UK will incur an additional delivery charge – please call 01327 547 006 for the applicable rate before placing your order.

Colours & Images.....

The colour of goods may vary slightly from that shown on The Website due to limitations of browser software, photo quality and monitors. We reserve the right to amend designs and images without prior notice. And on occasion the product may be rebranded without prior notice.

Acceptance of Orders.....

The receipt of any funds in relation to an order does not form a contract. We will only accept that we have entered into any form of a contract after your goods have been despatched.

Pricing.....

Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to the volatile nature of the coffee market. If your order is with us during this time, we will inform you of the change and give you the opportunity to continue with the order or we will honour the original price. Please refer to The Website for latest prices when making your order. All prices are in GBP and exclude VAT. In the event that your business ceases to trade or no longer requires our services any outstanding monies become instantly due and, if necessary, the debt will be pursued through the courts.
