We reserve the right to change products and prices on The Website without notice. Your continued use of The Website following such changes shall be deemed your acceptance of such changes.

Ownership.....

All goods remain our property until paid for in full. We reserve the right to hold the goods until payment has been cleared.

Delivery Times & Charges.....

We offer a variety of shipping methods and services using Royal Mail, FedEx and our own delivery vehicles. Services are 24/48/72 hour dependent on total weight and your location. Extra charges will be made for deliveries to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and islands and other non mainland UK island destinations. Please message us if you require a bespoke shipping price.

Orders placed before midday, Monday to Friday, will be shipped the same day, except for Bank Holidays, when the order will be shipped the first working day thereafter. As a general, but not conclusive rule, all orders over £500 will leave on a pallet which will be a 48/72 hour delivery timeframe.

Orders are carefully packaged by our own team and shipped from our own premises. There are no third party handlers involved in the packing process thus ensuring items leave here in perfect condition.

If your order has been mis-handled during transit then please sign for the goods as 'damaged' and take a photo of the condition it arrived in. We then have the grounds to make claims to the respective couriers involved with your order.

Delivery charges are £3.75 for standard services or £6.95 for a 24 hour upgraded service. VAT is added to the shipping charge if appropriate. Orders over £125 will qualify for free shipping.

Should your order need re-shipping due to there being nobody at your premises then a further delivery charge will need to be made. Therefore please ensure your details are accurate and that the chosen delivery point will be occupied.

Colours & Images.....

The colour of goods may vary slightly from that shown on The Website due to limitations of browser software, photo quality and monitors. We reserve the right to amend designs and images without prior notice. And on occasion the product may be rebranded without prior notice.

Acceptance of Orders.....

The receipt of any funds in relation to an order does not form a contract. We will only accept that we have entered into any form of a contract after your goods have been despatched.

Pricing.....

Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to the volatile nature of the coffee market. If your order is with us during this time, we will inform you of the change and give you the opportunity to continue with the order or we will honour the original price. Please refer to The Website for latest prices when making your order. All prices are in GBP and exclude VAT. In the event that your business ceases to trade or no longer requires our services any outstanding monies become instantly due and, if necessary, the debt will be pursued through the courts.
