We are proud to offer a variety of shipping methods and services using Royal Mail, DHL and our own delivery vehicles. Services are 24, 48 or 72 hour dependent on total weight and selected method.

Orders placed before midday, Monday to Friday, will be dispatched the same day.

Orders will be carefully packaged by our own team and shipped from our own premises. There are no third party handlers involved in the packing process thus ensuring items leave here in perfect condition.

If your order has been mis-handled during transit then please sign for the goods as 'damaged' and take a photo of the condition it arrived in. We then have the grounds to make claims to the respective couriers involved with your order.

Delivery charges are £5.45 + VAT for 48 & 72 hour services or £6.95 + VAT for a 24 hour, more urgent requirement. Orders exceeding £125 will qualify for free shipping within mainland UK.

Should your order need re-shipping due to there being nobody at your premises then a further delivery charge will need to be made. Therefore please ensure your details are accurate and that the chosen delivery point will be occupied.
